Pierre and I just can't thank you enough for making our evening on Friday such a special one. I received many compliments on all the food from our guests. Your professionalism and efficiency was appreciated. I loved everything! The filet was excellent as well as the potatoes and veggies. I really enjoyed the amuse as well as the trio of desserts, great idea on your part. The spic and span kitchen was the icing on the cake. Pierre was especially pleased with this part as he typically does the clean up for our dinner parties.
